Pinned communities?
Let me preface by talking apbout something I hated about reddit: You have a bunch of popular communities that you are subbed to on the top, and that's the quickest way to get to a community. Otherwise, you go to the drop down menu and choose your community, except most of the time the community you are looking for isn't there (a bug I think was common amongst other users). So, you have to go search for it.
Imzy doesn't have this problem, since it places all your communities on the side. I am extremely grateful for this, along with it actually looking professional and not like raw text, but it would be nice if you could pin certain communities. If you don't want to scroll through and find a favorite community, it would be nice to have it at the top beneath your own communities. I know this sound super duper uber lazy, but... it's convenient :P.
BTW thank you so much to imzy for making things look proffessional and nice. It's ridicilous that in order to make your home page not look ancient on reddit you have to purchase gold. I'm pretty sure that could be considered a crime against humanity :P.

We totally are planning on ways to organize the community list better. Especially for folks like me who are joined to like 300 communities, the list is basically not useful.
Heck I'm probably only 10-15% there and it's getting like that already. On one side it's nice that things are slow as it makes it easy to keep up, but then again, I want this place to busy so I'm looking forward to what you have in store.
Ooh, what about user-definable categories? Like, "these are my fanfic communities", "these are my baking communities", "these are my cat communities".
Perhaps a searchbar for your communities list? It would be nice to be able to just start typing the name of a community to pull it up in the list.
All great ideas! And we have discussed many of these. Can't wait to get this done.
