Referral email addresses are not hidden in accept notification

  • Bug Report

Normally, referral email addresses in the Invite section of the Account page are censored. However, once a referral accepts an invite, the notification received will contain their uncensored email. I presume this is unintended!

I think the notification shouldn't censor it. The notification is technically a log and other leaders need to see what other leaders are doing, especially if they're (accidentally) letting bad faith actors in.

As long as the email address isn't being associated with the profile used in the community (this is currently the case) I don't see a problem.

Or we can get rid of email addresses altogether and force people registering for the first time to create and choose a "core" starter profile that becomes the identity from which leaders can make their gatekeeper decision upon. The fundamental problem is that imzy desires some form of identity from which leaders can make an informed decision upon.
