Threads bumping mechanism
Dear Imzy stuff.
First, you're awesome. Keep up the good work!
Second, I was thinking (and not for the first time): Some of the threads that we have in our communities are pretty interesting and lively. But after a day or two they are dropped down on the page and nobody sees them, hence the conversation is short lived (unless it's a sticky, but you don't want to have too many of those either).
Is there any chance of creating a bumping mechanism - a way to bump back a living thread up on the community page, so popular threads will have some priority over regular threads? Or any other way to keep up a thread without it being a sticky?
Thanks! And good day!

This is exactly what I think, You make the same mistakes of Facebook!
I would love this. I have wished for something similar a while back
Honestly, the problem is here that Imzy's post sorting only takes into account time of posting and not activity. This is a problem I think Reddit solves quite well using its "hot" ranking, which assigns each page a score based both on its age and the number of upvotes/comments.
at some point we will have alternative/additional sorting mechanisms, we're just not quite there yet, sorry!
Yeah, I'm sure you guys are working on it. I understand there's a lot to get done in the beginning. Keep up the good work!
