I used to really struggle to be able to floss my teeth; due to my sensory issues the drips of water that inevitably ran down my arms were a big issue. Then I figured out I could do it in the shower, when there was already water everywhere!
If you have mobility or fatigue issues, try getting a few salt shakers - put one by the stove, one in the prep area, one on the table - and save yourself a few steps!




I have dental floss sticks which looks like a slingshot with a tight string between the two "branches" for flossing my teeth and I use a Misoka toothbrush because I cannot seem to squeeze out toothpaste (just dip the toothbrush in water and rinse your mouth when done brushing)
I sit down in a shower chair next to the bathroom basin so that I can brush my teeth without having to stand up (standing up costs lots of energy!)
