Kiddicare Alerts Nearly 800,000 Customers of Data Breach

Baby retailer Kiddicare has alerted nearly 800,000 customers that a recent data breach led to the exposure of their personal information. The UK-based company notified potentially affected customers via email, stating that the compromised information included names, delivery addresses, emails and phone numbers.

    It's interesting they were using real PII on a test site, a public-facing test site too. I must admit I like using real data to test with, but it's always redacted/randomised (mixing each row of each column). Having said that, there are libs out there that do a pretty good job of generating test/seed data.
