Greetings people of earth
Moustachioed aspiring hooded vigilante passing my days as a mild mannered sprinkler and fire alarm inspector/volunteer firefighter. I hone my fine motor skills through fishing and solving rubik's cubes and train physically through running and mediocre blacksmith work. Mental excercises include logic puzzles, the written word in all its forms, and witty banter. I also do a passable impersonation of someone that can play guitar.

Haha, you sound awesome! I've never heard of someone who does blacksmithing as a hobby. Is there somewhere nearby that you're able to do that kind of stuff, or do you have like your own forge (or whatever it's called)? How did you learn to do that?
What kind of vigilante do you aspire to be? And thanks for helping to fight fires!
The hooded/poorly masked/primitive weapon wielding kind of vigilante. As far as the forge goes, I built my own in my back yard. I have no actual training as a blacksmith, I just thought it looked like fun and decided I'd try it. (I'm too poor to pay for classes) I'm just figuring things out as I go. YouTube is one of my greatest resources.
Whoa, that's really cool. I'd be terrified to try anything like that, haha. Now I'm going to imagine you running around hooded and with a weapon of your own smithing.
I'm intrigued by your mediocre blacksmithing, tbh.
Mostly I just heat up metal and try to hammer it into shapes. Mediocre may be too generous. Aspiring maybe?
Haha sounds good. I was a not-quite-mediocre silversmith for a while. Heating and hammering metal is fun : )
Excellent introduction! Slightly ironic that you put out fires for a living and keep fire in your backyard for a hobby. Delightful! :)
Howdy Xanderg56!
