Are you new to imzy? Come and say hi to the imzy community!
Hi there
I'm DataAngel. I also go by TheNinth and Morgan Ferdinand. I'm in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. I'm a writer (fiction and technical documentation), a knitter, and the servant of four cats and a dog. I occasionally write fanfiction, although most of the shows I want to write about aren't on any longer. I have a huge interest in werewolves, and probably an unhealthy interest in the original Law & Order series.
I very nearly took a college course in ghost hunting, but realized I couldn't actually sit through the class without pissing everyone off.

Hi, welcome to Imzy. I guess you have nothing to do with these data angels.
I didn't even know this was a thing, can you tell me more about that?
Nope. I know I'm not the only DataAngel out here in the world, but I'm the only one that's me. I've been using the name since the late 90s. I'm gonna assume they stole the name from the same game I stole it from.
I'm not even kidding about the ghost hunting course. A community college in Maryland offers three levels of "Ghost Studies". http://www.ccbcmd.edu/Programs-and-Courses-Finder/course/FIT/688 That's the link to the first one.
I'm still tempted. There's still time to register.
I feel I must ask you, being from Baltimore, how has The Wire affected you?
It caused some traffic problems once in a while. "Homicide: Life on the Streets" was worse, though. Their main location was about two miles from my house and things were always being closed off for it.
"Veep" and "House of Cards" only cause problems occasionally.
Well, I love the wire! In fact, I'm rewatching it again right now for probably the 5th time :)
Welcome to Imzy!
One thing I can tell you about The Wire... it both downplays AND overstates some of the problems here. I only watched about half of the first season.
Oh, you should have at least finished the first season!
And yeah, it's just great fiction.
I kept getting distracted! "That's not where that is" and "Hey, I know that extra!" I can't watch John Waters movies for the same reason. :)
