So this happened.
"Been leaving voicemail for this lady about htis open trouble ticket for DAYS. No response. Sent three emails. No response. I guess this lady really doesn't want her issue looked into. So rude."
"Yeah. About that. She died Monday, Kev."
"Oh. Uh... You'd think HR woudl be a little more on the ball with that. Guess I can close this ticket, then?"
