How's Everyone Doing on Keto?
I've lost 47 lbs since April and am going along smoothly now. (50 more lbs to go.) The detox from the carbs (and the wine) was really unpleasant for the first few weeks but I powered through it. I'm fully fat-adapted now and I'm not giving that up, since it was so hard-won.
Is anyone working out? I've noticed that mine are practically effortless now. I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 of weight machines. Anything I should add to spice it up?
What are people's opinion on caffiene? I'm trying to avoid it since it supposedly spikes insulin, but boy, do I have so much more pep on it. Maybe if I only drink it with my fatty breakfast? I don't like the bulletproof coffee, it makes me way too wired -- the MCT oil is like speed to me. Or maybe have it with lunch?
