is keto right for me? Low body fat looking for (slow) strength gains with minimal fat gain..

Looking for links on research or articles to read up about comparison between :

  • Excess Cals, High Carb Low Fat diet, vs
  • Excess Cals (Same amount as above situation), High Fat Low Carb diet.

I'm on High carb, low fat carb / caloric cycling right now looking to transitition into keto. But researching more first before deciding. So far, I do have strength gains, but not particularly significant. And I do not like the water retention with the added carbs :( I'll be busy with college when it starts, so I'm looking for a diet that complements regular workouts (3x weightlifting 3x liss)

Also looking for anyone who has links to research about 'switching up routines and/or diet is good for gains'.
