First time posting my drawings online

Hi awesome people:) ive been wanting to post my work here for the past few days but every time i draw with the intent of posting, i would always feel that its not good enough to post. i keep telling myself that and so i never got about really posting anything. so today i decided, whatever i drew, no matter how bad, im gonna post it.
so here it is! please give me some constructive criticism :) honestly i didnt really know what i wanted to do with this piece. i just did like a doodle of a face and stuck a body to it almost like an after thought.
i feel that while there is still a lot that i can work on in terms of proportion, right now, i can kind of get a head shape, a half decent face and a body shape that at least looks humanly in nature. right now my greatest difficulty is in HAIR, HANDS and FEET. if you guys got any tips for beginners please share your wisdom with me :)) cheers guys :)

Thats really good for a beginner, how long have you been drawing?
u already have a good understanding on body proportion, just need to work on anatomy. But what I would suggest you to do is that, Learn from Life.
You probably heard this so many times, and u might be already learning from life. One tip I can give you when you are learning from life, is to look at things in 3D. I know this sounds kind of stupid, cuz you are already looking at a 3D object. What I mean is that THINK about how the object is form, THINK about the object's balance, and THINK about what the object can do.
Start learning from simple objects and then apply it to characters. After you start noticing about how things are formed, I think you can have a easier time learning anatomy and proportions.
If you want to be good at drawing hands and feet use your own hands and feet, you have the freedom on which side you are going to look from.
Thank you for reading this.
Thank you so much! It means a lot to me :) technically I started last year late March but it was just me messing around with faces. Barely touching anything outside of headshot portraits. But it was only 3weeks ago where I truly sat down and dedicated myself to learning the craft. I went all out and bought myself a cintiq so that I can't make any excuses to myself haha. Just my way of committing :)
Yeah I think I'll heed your advice! I have been finding difficulties in trying to construct the body parts in angles where it is coming towards the 'camera' e.g the feet. So I think it's high time I try to draw simple shapes in perspective. From there I will try to relate those shapes to the body part shapes themselves. Thanks again for the encouragement and advice :)
