Q: Jack of all Trades, master of none?
I've been encountering this issue where I'm decent at a lot of things but not really stand out at anything. I know that with time and effort I'd obviously improve on the things I focused on, but I was wondering if there are any places for people who have a broader range of abilities but aren't exceptional at any of them. Or like, if anyone had any advice for forcing myself to knuckle down and focus on something or to continue building on my skillset. Is this a common issue people encounter?

I recently stumbled across this video of Sycra, which might help you out. Here he takes a broad look at fundamental abilities for drawing and made a long list with which job needs what level of skill.
Maybe looking at what you might want to do in the future and seeing what skills are needed for this, helps you focus on developing said skills.
