It kind of looks like the top half and the bottom half of the face are in two different expressions. Try covering the top half and the bottom half with your hand and check out the eye.
The eye and top half kinda has this "Oh no!" expression. The bottom half looks nonplussed or she could be thinking about grabbing some bubble tea on the way back home.
I'd totally play with covering half the iris. Right now the eyes are -wide- open. If you relax the upper eyelid a bit and cover a bit of the pupil, that'll make her look a bit more chill and follow the rest of the face.
Also - since the eye is so open, it looks like it could be pushing back the cheek. Since it isn't doing that, you could bring the bottom eyelid up a bit. I think it'll set a bit better in the face.
