    Yeah, on luddism: I think some tech is designed to deskill & turn people into replaceable cogs. Other kinds augment you like mecha, amplifying your powers. Control vs liberation, bureaucratic vs poetic.

    Not hard to find stories about destroying certain technologies:

    • debt databases: Mr. Robot, Fight Club
    • tech that turns against us: Terminator, Frankenstein, Battlestar Galactica
