What's for dinner tonight?
I've had avocado and black bean tacos for two nights, and I think I'm going to have them again. But maybe somebody else has more exciting cooking going on :)

We are having burgers, roasted potatoes and steamed green beens. Not so exciting. I love avacodo, wished they'd been on sale at the grocery.
That sounds nice and summery. On the grill? I'm hoping to get a grill this season. Yes; avocado are my staple these days :)
P.s. Thanks for the answer! I'm always really excited when somebody new posts :)
You're welcome. :) They aren't on the grill, they are roasted in the oven on broiler pan. I should probably call them mini meat loaf patties instead of burgers though. They still taste really good on a toasted bun with cheese. YUMMY!
That does sound yummy :D
Nothing special. I'm moving soon, so I'm trying to use up as much of my food as I can, so it's prolly going to be panko-crusted salmon and something with potatoes.
Moving anywhere exciting?
London, Ontario. I don't know how exciting it is, but my partner has a job there. I guess financial stability is exciting now that I'm a boring old adult.
Hehe. I don't feel like an adult. That sounds neat! I've always wanted to see Canada but haven't been yet.
I went to Chipotle
Solid
I'll be trying this recipe tonight! Just thinking about it is making my stomach rumble, but I've got one more class today before I can go home and make a mess of my kitchen.
That looks really tasty! What kind of classes are you in?
I'm in my final semester of uni, finishing up my BA in English Literature. The class I'm currently in, however, is for my minor in microbiology. So hard to pay attention in class when my cap and gown is already hanging in my closet, though, haha.
Haha, true. But very exciting! So, what are your favorite books to read? (Or is it difficult to enjoy them after so much studying...)
I'm constantly falling in love with new books and authors, so picking a favorite or two is pretty difficult. I will say that I could read Virginia Woolf's Orlando and Ford Madox Ford's The Good Soldier a thousand times each and not get tired of either of them. I've recently been reading more memoirs than anything else, though, as they've helped me approach my own creative reflective non-fiction.
That is what it's like with new books, falling in love :)
