Fresh whipped cream (whip it yourself without adding sugar) with berries. Best thing ever.

I whip it, flavor it, and freeze it in silicone cupcake molds! It makes a perfect little ice cream-like treat :)

I make SF cook and serve chocolate pudding with whipping cream and water instead of milk. It's absolutely amazing!

      Which one is your favorite?

Hot chocolate sweetnened with erythritol. You can add cream, as well as extras like peppermint, vanilla, cinnamon, rum flavoring etc.

I also find that fried vegetables often satisfy my sweet tooth craving, in spite of not being sweet. One recipe I really enjoy is zucchinis fried in olive oil with a little salt, pepper, and garlic granules. Surprisingly delicious and tastes like junk food.

I'll have to try that zucchini recipe! My husband loves anything garlic.

Dark chocolate definitely helps to curb those cravings :D like 90 percent but i love my 100% dark cocoa hahaha.

or even fruit like blueberries.. as long it's consumed in moderation and carefully tracked.

Lily's Organic Chocolate is one of my favorites. If I need it for a recipe I buy the milk chocolate but for eating I like the milk chocolate with almonds or the dark chocolate with coconut. I am also semi obsessed with whipped cream. I buy liquid sucralose and swerve and find I can basically substitute one or both of those for sugar in almost anything.
