Iron Fist: Ep 2
This was less sucky that episode 1. Danny, while still a douche, is at least providing people with information that might confirm his identity.
And the doctor, much to my complete surprise actually follows up to see if any of it is true!
Of course Danny follow up this breakthrough with a rant about living in another dimension with superpowers that he can't prove. Because he's an idiot and apparently doesn't know what a raving lunatic sounds like.
At least the fight scene in this ep wasn't sped up due to lack of actual martial arts skills.
Ward is a complete rich prick, of course. Bribing people totally proclaims innocence! I learned it in Dictator school!

Yep I remember being pretty annoyed at that part, like wtf dude.
They seem to think "being zen" means being a space cadet. But it's actually the total opposite.
Would have been really interesting if Danny realized how crazy he sounds and admits that being the Iron Fist means nothing outside of that world.
Or even just realizes it and shuts up about it. Like... oh... maybe talking about living in another dimension is not going to get me very far in the land of normal people. He could even keep the "raised in a monastery" part. Just stop when it starts to sound looney.
I was pleasantly surprised by the doctor too. Mental health professionals are usually guards of a prison in these types of shows, so it was cool to see the doctor check stuff out + allow space to believe Danny's story
