How not to get banned

Read this: https://www.imzy.com/community-policy Tl;dr, important parts (Warning, my interpretation of these rules are my opinion, the admins may have a different opinion of them. Admins, feel free to correct me if I've interpreted any of these wrong):

  • Don't do personal attacks (I assume this doesn't include ones that are obviously in jest and considered acceptable by both parties).
  • Don't harass people "Harassment is defined as "a course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose" or "words, gestures, and actions which tend to annoy, alarm and abuse (verbally) another person" (Source Black's Law Dictionary)" Or in non-lawyer speak, don't directly abuse a person to the extent where the admins think that they would reasonably be in emotional distress (this includes insulting or deriding someone, and not their work, in a post linking to a video). But critique of someone is acceptable since it serves a legitimate purpose.
  • Don't doxx people.
  • Don't encourage violence or hatred against certain groups (no fourth reich posts or moon man).
  • Be careful when posting to/about minors. Don't get sexuall aggressive, or violent. They're fragile things who we need to look after :c
  • No promotion/glorification of self-harm, including eating disorders.
  • No gore, mutilation, beastiality, or necrophilia.
  • Tag NSFW stuff as NSFW. This includes nudity, news scenes with graphic content, excessive explicit language in videos, and the like. Anything that someone's boss wouldn't enjoy seeing.
  • No porn. But don't worry comf, it's not me who decides what's porn.
  • No supporting terrorist groups.
  • No vote manipulation. AKA, do not create artificial support/opposition to content.
  • No deceptive or fraudulent links. No strawpoii, descriptions must be descriptive of the link, sources much actually lead to the source (and sauces should actually lead to sauce), no misleading click through links, and no links to pop-up ads.
  • No spam. This is especially in place for advertising, but be careful if you're posting the same meme over and over again.
  • No impersonation. Satire and parody, however, are fine.
  • No fraud, phishing, promoting harm to minors, or inciting violence.
  • No copyright/trademark infringement.

Also, separate rule not from that page and only for leaders:

  • Don't add tags of around ~4+ mb of plaintext in size. They break tons of browsers when posted. Long meme tags are fine, but don't post the entire script of a movie or the entire works of shakespeare in a tag. Putting it in a post or comment should be fine.
