A place to complain, whine, share, and laugh about the horrors that visit us once a month (supposedly).
In 2017 it is absolutely obnoxious that medical science doesn't understand PMS/PMDD
I am so miserable today and was curious about the science of it but there is no science. WebMD admits this while "women's publications" sound downright misogynistic with their suggestions of "Nothing's wrong, it's all in your head. You should exercise more and drink more water." Fuck you, I'm a pro bicyclist. I get plenty of exercise and water and still lose strength and feel terrible! We understand erectile dysfunction and male pattern baldness but not PMS in 2017. 😡

I am so fucking with you on this.
I've noticed lately that my PMS experience has changed somewhat, and I don't feel like going through the hassle of asking a doctor about it. 😩
Weirdest thing for me is that I've had so many menstruation changes since getting an IUD, the most recent of which has been really intense PMS. Note:I've had my IUD for almost two years. And yes, still getting the occasional backassward changes.
