'Imperium' Review: Daniel Radcliffe Is A Frighteningly Believable Neo-Nazi In This Authentic Thriller
Harry Potter goes full Death Eater, and proves once and for all that he's capable of creating his own movie magic. In the years since graduating from (or surviving) Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe has shown a consistent and fiercely impressive desire to use his fame in order to follow his muse.

If you have been following Daniel Radcliffe's career, you know that he has played many other roles other than Harry Potter. If the last time you saw him was as the Hogwarts student, then you are in for a shock.

Looks promising. A first feature for director Daniel Ragussis. Here's hoping it comes to San Antonio.
I wonder if actors seek counseling after taking personally upsetting roles?
I hope so. Dan Radcliffe seems like a very sensible person, so I imagine he's treating the role with care. Not every actor does seem to be able to separate from the role after a film, though. I studied theatre at university for a while, and we talked in one class about the importance of completely stepping out of a role, and how actors who don't completely step out of a role (through various acting techniques, counseling, or what have you) often end up kind of trapped in the world of their film/play. My professor claimed that's why you'll see actors who play love interests get married in real life, and then have these short-lived romances. They spend a lot of time simulating romantic love -- and romantic love is incredibly easy to simulate if attraction/chemistry is already there -- that they end up actually in love with a coworker they're not otherwise compatible with.
TIL. More than I knew before, thank you :)
This looks incredible. Very much like a Neo-Nazi Departed. This should be fun.
I'm personally really excited about this film.
Not my kind of movie, but that was impressive.
