At first I didn't believe there are a group of people out there who think they are entitled not to be offended. They apparently really exist.
I think their identity is somehow tied into these commercial properties so an attack on these is an attack on them.
You're entitled to not be offended if the thing being said or done to you endangers your safety or quality of life. But not if people disagree with you about movie reviews.
I have to respectfully disagree, Eliza. You're never entitled not to be offended.
This got complex, both grammatically and philosophically.
Because ya know... People can't have opinions. Snerk.
You guys. This is about ethics in... something whatever.
People actually pay attention to Rotten Tomatoes? I certainly don't use them when deciding what movie I want to see.
Whenever something has good ratings on Rotten Tomatoes I assume an attractive actress will be nude at some point.
Ha ha ha! Oh, dear, there is more sad truth to this than I care to admit.
Yeah...don't shut Rotten Tomatoes down. Make better movies. Or ignore the reviews and stick with the existing fan base. Or write your own positive reviews. Humph.
lol, fuck Harley "Romanticized Abuse" Quinn and fuck her pathetic fans.
What's even more hilarious is that RT is no longer accurate because it was purchased by ticket merchant Fandango earlier this year - there's an incentive for the ratings of certain films to be inflated because it's owned by a movie ticket purveyor. Better ratings = possible higher ticket sales.
Wait. What?! That's stupid! I hate that!
