Vampire Theories: A Vampire’s Palate

For the most part, vampires enjoy the same things they enjoyed as mortals - even though they now should avoid the garlic. One significant change, though, is that iron is tasteless to vampires - and, as a result, they are able to better appreciate the taste of blood. If they already regularly ate blood-based foods as a mortal (such as blood sausage), it’s easier to adjust to a vampire’s diet.

As for liver, though… Well, if you didn’t like liver as a mortal - then, chances are, you probably also aren’t gonna like liver as a vampire.
