Elvis Costello - Peace, Love and Understanding (Live on the Letterman Show)

Elvis Costello - & the Imposters playing (What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding live on the Letterman when Elvis was hosting the show when David was sick. The song is from the album "Armed Forces".

This is my favorite live version of this song just because of the intro and how funny he is introducing himself.

Great find, I noticed that Morning Joe guy covered it on Colbert a few nights ago. (Of course didn't touch this version)

He did but he was no where close to Elvis' version and only sounded somewhat good because of Jon Batiste and Stay Human.

It wasnt listen to before he starts "playing" and after he plays You can hear Maddie Rice (the red head with the purple guitar) playing guitar not Joe Scarborough, when he starts to play there is no difference in the sound.
