Day 6: Tracking #planwithmechallenge

On top was my daily tracker for the past two weeks. While it was good for sleep and steps, I couldn't build an exercise habit if I went day by day.
For this week, I'll try the tracker at the bottom: tracking (only positive) things in my weekly log instead of dailies. Here's hoping I can get a lot of X's!
