    The study also says that the numbers e.g for Germany may fluctuate between 50 an 1.200. Additionally they admit that the conclusions have been drawn based on a bunch of pretty shaky input-variables with many unknowns. It is pretty depressing to see the MIT spending efforts on this. It's clear that what VW did is a criminal act, but this study is absolutely useless.
