I'm horrible and petty, and commenting on looks instead of the article because my brain can't comprehend it, but his face looks like it's made of plastic. He reminds me of the Burger King mascot.
Where exactly are they putting the escalators?
Where the peasants can envy them.
I was just wondering the same thing. Like, anywhere you want to go up to another floor, there's probably already stairs, an escalator, or an elevator in the way, and you can't just move those. Or cut an opening in a wall/ceiling for you to be able to ride your escalator up just anywhere.
I'm also curious what an escalator looks now when not actually attached and built into anything.
