There is an update to the story it seems the city may be more at fault more then T-Mobile.
If the system cant tell the difference between a call holding and a hangup that seems like a HUGE problem.

I work in support for a hardware company and even when customers have a lab system down they freak out and want us to work on it until its fixed no matter how long it takes and they want regular manager updates. Here everyone is just like fuck it, not my problem until a baby dies then there is a lot of finger pointing instead of working on the issue.
I wonder if T-Mobile can be charged with anything if its proven this issue delayed emergency responses and caused people to die?
