The Ashen Princess - A new LGBT science-fantasy webcomic
The Ashen Princess is a complete rejection of the hatred, fascism, and white supremacy that is again rising in our world, and a statement of unconditional queer love and power. Take a rest here and renew yourself. We cannot let our world be one where the Church of Purity dominates our politics.
This is a new comic being created by a trans woman, indie comics artist Bitmap Prager, in direct response to the events of 2016. From the comic's About page:
The Ashen Princess is a far future science fantasy webcomic, created as a complete rejection of the hatred, fascism, and white supremacy that is again rising in our world. It is a statement of unconditional queer love and power.
This is a galaxy where there is no longer an Earth, and humanity has evolved beyond anything we recognize. The planet Pyre, along with its Ash Moon, is the center of galactic civilization, and all Artificial Fae Gateways pass through it. The Old Empire is 1000 years gone, but its post-singularity AI still runs and ensures stability.
Into this world comes Kindle, a teenage trans woman escaping the Church of Purity, the dangerous cult she was raised in.
She is also the creator of To Catch a Dream Eater, which you can read here.
You can support her through her Patreon, by buying comics through her Gumroad, or by commissioning her!
Edit: Addition by @LB_Lee: "Mads does great work. She also has work in 'the Other Side' (which is having a special sale to support Trans Lifeline due to recent events) and her earlier comics are probably still up at catchadreameater.com and bazzelwaki.com!"
Just crossposting this. The "Diverse Creators, Diverse Creations" tag will be up soon! :)

Oh yeah, Bitmap's a friend of mine! :D
Yeah, we followed her on Tumblr at your recommendation and saw this there. Thought we might as well boost it. :D It looks super promising.

Ooh. I'll add this information here and to the original post over at /Queeries when I get back on desktop. Thanks!

Also she totally did a commission image of Biff and Mori; we should post that. :B
