Is it that small because the universes are procedurally-generated and, thus, the environments don't need to be stored on the disc, just the components needed to create them?
I believe so. I mean all they need to room for the equation, and then the components. Which as I understand isn't much more than other games, just they broke them down so they can be used millions of different ways.
