Tips for Maintaining Swimming Goggles

Swimming goggles need proper maintenance to perform well. If left untended, even the best goggles for competitive swimming can go below your expectation. So it’s of great importance to keep them in good condition. There are several tips as below.

Before swimming, it’s suggested to soak the swimming goggle in water. This small act will help make the best use of its anti-fog feature. For the anti-fog carrier is hydrophilic and it shall be combined with water to make this function fulfilled.

Try not to touch the lens with your fingers so as not to leave fingerprints or to cause pollution with greasy hand. It’s suggested to take the swimming goggles out every 30 minutes. After swimming, the goggles shall be dried with water and placed properly in the goggle box.
