A few recommendations
A few recommendations for podcasts I've enjoyed (My interests tend to Sci-Fi/Fantasy, and I grew up on NPR) - Flash Forward is my goto podcast recommendation. Host Rose Eveleth posits a potential future, starts with a fictional introduction to that future, then brings on a few experts to explore how we could get there & what it might mean.
Storyological is my current favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy podcast. Hosts Chris Kammerud & E G Kosh dissect a pair of short stories (usually but not always speculative fiction). Plus they're british, so good accents
Fangirl Happy Hour with Ana & Renay is the podcast that gave me the courage to just be really enthusiastic about what I love. They mix fan enthusiasm & critical discussion while discussing books, comics, movies & shows both past & present.
NPR's Pop Culture Happy hour (a core panel & rotating 4th chair) discuss Pop Culture & are excellent.
In Theory Pod takes on cultural moments & practices (like gift-giving) and discusses the theory behind them.
I'm also really enjoying the relaxed & informal podcasts that Marketplace has started putting out. Make Me Smart is incoming, Politics Inside Out is already going.
Anyway, I listen to too many podcasts, but those are a few I'd recommend.

Thank you for the recommendations! On Storylogical do they read the stories or are they easily found to be read online?
They're generally easily found online.
Thanks, I love short stories
There are also a bunch of good short story sci-fi/fantasy podcasts out there - Clarkesworld, Glittership, and Uncanny spring to mind, but I could give you a bigger list if you'd like. (And - shameless plug - my latest episode has I think 5 story recommendations if you're interested)
