I don't know what to say about this, except that this is fucking heartbreaking.
I feel really sorry for these two men. They risked their lives to help this country, and now that same country considers them a threat.
But I'm glad these cases are being filed. It's the first step towards overturning these absurd and illegal executive orders.
Looks like one of them has been released (npr reports), though that doesn't mean his immigration status issue is solved.
Yep. It seems that they are trying to move this to be a class-action case so that it can help everyone who is affected.
The order has been stayed.
