I love British "real ales" although some people are pretty dismissive of that label these days. Difficult to get them here because of transport issues, so I am sad.
When I go to my favorite liquor stores I always find a lot of good British and German imports. There is one very common British stout that I really love...
I see Samuel Smith something something stout quite a bit in american liquor stores and I like it quite a bit. A good standard British Stout as far as my uneducated opinion goes. ;)
I buy beer based on price.
Huge beer fanatic. Currently big on Tree house, Trillium. OtterCreekBeer

The ones I love best are difficult to find in bottles and definitely never get canned💔 Which are your beers of choice?
Anything dark...porters and stouts. I love the ones that have been barrel aged as well but they are usually more expensive.

Really, what I care about is "not an IPA". I don't care who makes it.
So you like sweeter beers?
I'm going to pretend you wrote sweater bears. BRB gonna Google that.
Unfortunately, sweater bears didn't return the results I expected.
Might have better results with "sweater puppies"?
They're definitely a thing you have to really like to be into at all.
Although as someone who loves hoppy beers, 96% of IPAs are garbage.
I'm not sure anyone will choose option 2 worded that way. Perhaps "beer is beer, I don't really care" would be more appropriate. ;)
