I either have Greek yoghurt with granola and fruit (mostly blueberries) or scrambled eggs. Sometimes I just eat a strawberry protein bar, and on the worst of days I skip breakfast entirely.
It wasn't difficult at first, as it was encouraging seeing my weight go down. Now however it has stalled, while I would have liked to lose another 20 kg, and my life is very stressful, so that makes not emo eating very difficult.

I used to never have breakfast. It wasn't until I decided I wanted to lose weight that I started eating breakfast.

I did manage to lose 20 kg by eating breakfast, no snacking, no emo eating and drinking 2 litres of water a day.
