I'm trying to figure out what the signs and symptoms of 'lesbianism' as medical condition would be
Woman in North Carolina shocked to see 'lesbianism' listed as medical condition

Skin rashes in a vaguely flannel-looking pattern?
Finger calluses due to um... sexual activity?
Muscle strain due to excessive scissoring? (I still don't think scissoring is really a thing but to each their own)
What other "symptoms" of this Serious Medical Condition would there be?

Little-to-no interest in dick.
D-ring hoarder.
Inexplicable urge to farm. ????
Ah right, Rush Limbaugh's worries about lesbian farmers taking over red america. I should check the Gay Agenda and see how that is going.

Is, depending on the counsellor you see.
If any counsellor/therapist tries to change you regarding your bi/pan sexuality, find someone else.
