This Flintstones comic perfectly nails theory on why people are born gay

It turns out the Flintstones were having a gay old time all along Yes there is a Flintstones comic to answer your first question. Released by DC Comics as a 'realistic' reboot of the beloved cartoon, it's a flashback to the 'gay old time' of Bedrock.

I'm not a huge fan of the "gay uncle" theory, but nice to see in comics. (Via Queer Scifi)

Same...it kind of rubs me the wrong way, though, when I see articles trying to sociologically or scientifically qualify why its ok some people "deviate" from the "norm" (ie identifying outside of cis, heterosexual, monogamous, etc). To me, it misses the point that people are allowed to exist however they see fit, regardless of whether it contributes to society's overall well being or aligns with our current, limited knowledge of nature.

It just comes to a point like..just leave people alone ffs! So long as it doesn't harm others, why should this ever be anyone's concern ever at all?

    End rant. Sorry. :/

Part of my misspent adulthood was in biology, and I don't think you can even speculate about the evolution of human sexuality when very little of what we think we know about it has rigorous and replicated validity.
