Eating healthy without tons of work, money, time, or ingredients!
I am looking for a better way to do eggs.
There is a diet that I am getting ready to go back on that requires me to eat 6 egg whites and 1 yoke for breakfast each day of the week. The last time I did this I would eat just fried with some olive oil or as a "omelet" with peppers and sweet potato in it. Actually Omelet isn't correct I made scrambled eggs mess with peppers and sweet potato in it.
I am looking for better ways to cook eggs so I will actually want to eat them still by the end of the second week. Any ideas would be welcome.
Thanks guys.

Are there any restrictions on what you can eat with your eggs? There are a million delicious egg recipes out there, but not all of them are super diet friendly... :)
Breakfast casseroles/frittatas are always super delicious. If you still have some leftover ham in your freezer like I do, you could try either of these recipes that are both pretty healthy and delicious:
There are a few restrictions. Most of it is the amount of sugar and starch allowed to be consumed. Broccoli is good cheese and other processed foods not so much.
This one by the way looks amazing.

For me seasoning is everything. Simple is good.
I use Tastefully Simple seasonings mostly and they have an Onion onion (which is a blend of onion, shallots, chives and sea salt) a couple of dashes in your scramble mix (let it set for a couple of minutes to reconstitue the herbs). Hmmm, Perfection! Their Rustic Herb seasoning is great when you cook up some chicken with it and then add it with spinach to your egg scramble.
However, if you like spice, just a little sriracha blended into your eggs is awesome.
The best recipe I like for a spicy egg dish is kind of a take off of the korean bibimbap.
1) Sautee the following: Shredded carrots mushrooms kale or swiss chard bean sprouts (I like the soybean sprouts, but fresh is best) seasoned with just a dash of sea salt 2) Brown your meat: Any kind (I like thin sliced beef) 3) Egg scrambled or fried 4) Steamed brown rice (If you are avoiding rice of all types you can use quinoa, If you are avoiding grains you can use "riced" cauliflower, If you like the sweet potato substitute, I would use a prebaked sweet potato diced and browned with the meat.) 5) Sauce blended: 1 tsp Sriracha 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp rice vinegar (or apple vinegar) 6) If you like layering you can. But in bibimbap fashion, I just dump it all my bowl and stir it around and eat it. YUM!!!
This looks amazing. Thanks I believe I will be doing this.
Well, I'm hungry now. This sounds delicious!
Eggs & Asparagus are a great combo! This one seemed like a keeper.
That does look good.
