    This looks good. I'm thinking of substituting spaghetti squash for the pasta noodles. What do you think? Any tips?

      Yeah, I think that would be amazing! I usually cook spaghetti squash just by cutting it in half and scooping out the seeds, then placing open side down in a glass baking dish with a bit of water and microwaving. Once it's done, you could just scoop out the "spaghetti" part and mix it in with everything else the same way you would if you were using regular noodles. Let me know how it turns out!!
