I've been struggling with a sleep disorder recently, so I've been thinking about this quite a bit. I generally agree with the article, but there's something that people don't discuss much in relation to this: How consistent is your bedtime?

A sleep specialist told me that a consistent sleep schedule is pretty important for a lot of people, and if night owls are "binging" on late-nights, that could have health impacts. (IIRC there are links between that and obesity?)
