What do you do when you are angry and frustrated that calms you down?
I thought this would be an interesting post, just to see what different people do, and to see if there are any really good tips out there.
For me, I try to use mindfulness. But I struggle with it at times, so I have to practice it all the time, because it is particularly hard when I am angry and frustrated. However, I do find that it helps, especially for shortening the period of the anger and frustration.
