Yeah, you have to use their "markdown" instead, which isn't complicated, just clunky. The code for a link is ![put the title of the fic here] (put the url here) Or if you click the Aa in the bottom left corner it gives you the markup menu, then you can highlight the title of the fic and it will put the code in for you to copy/paste the URL.
They've said they're going to fix it, and build a proper wysiwyg editor, but that's going to take time, and they've got other stuff they want/need to do first. Which I get, but I like my posts formatted nicely, and Markdown is a bit poo for that.
