Chatting, looking at book reviews, having too much caffeine.
Lunch hour--got to it half an hour late because a pile of urgent work. Eh. Whatever.
Debating taking Latest Novel[la?] Idea seriously enough to properly name the characters and start on an outline.
Ooh, an outline!
I'm more a seat of the pants writer. Which is why I don't write long plotty stuff. :P
This might not be terribly long, but I do want it Organized.
I also think I do want to take it seriously. Um. Where to set it? What manner of fictional land? Why are all the potential answers so FRAUGHT.
Watching Blind Spot while eating Captain D's
I thought Captain D's went out of business. Huh! Must just have been our location.
Contemplating another cup of coffee while debating whether to return to finishing the video I was watching or jump back into my current replay of Dragon Age: Origins. I'm running on less than four hours of sleep thanks to noisy landscapers with leaf blowers and electric hedge trimmers waking me up much earlier in the day, so today has been way longer than it should have been... Normally, I would just now even be getting up. >_<
Bah to landscapers!
I don't think they realize this is an apartment building, since they were handling the office next door's garden area. Most of the businesses in this block are in converted old houses, and this is one of the few that actually houses residences instead of offices. Still, very unpleasant waking up to a leaf blower directly under your open bedroom window, particularly when you're on the ground floor of the building.
See, these posts got more traffic when I posted at 5 US EST. Ha! 😄
