Late sleepers are tired of being discriminated against. And science has their back.

The tyranny of the morningarchy must end.

I took an 11 month sabbatical over a year ago:

I went to sleep and woke up on my own time; often working until 2am and leaving the hostel around 11am. Despite the hostels and snoring and people packing early in the mornings, I still felt more rested than I ever did in a full-time 8-to-5. I've spend the last year having 9am meetings because half my team is three time zones away. The difference in mood and energy is significant.
