BBC Making Seven More Agatha Christie Adaptations

BBC Greenlights Seven New Agatha Christie Adaptations

EDINBURGH - The BBC has commissioned Agatha Christie Productions, the production arm of Agatha Christie Limited, to deliver seven new Christie adaptations over the next four years. The shows will air on flagship channel BBC One. The deal follows the critical success of three-part thriller "And Then There Were None" for BBC One in December.

They'll be similar to the recent And Then There Were None mini-series that aired on Lifetime in the states.

Three of the four adaptations have been named -- Ordeal By Innocence, Death Comes As The End and The ABC Murders. The BBC is already making The Witness For The Proscecution.

Who saw And Then There Were None? I thought it was pretty great and a nice update to current storytelling styles.
