Invrse Studios reveals their VRsenal, which brings realistic weapons to VR games. What are your thoughts on this?
This Mixed-Reality Gaming Gun Is Hardcore | The Creators Project
Images courtesy of Invrse Studios Last weekend at VRLA, game designers Invrse Studios, creators of the VR sniper game The Nest, demoed a new and striking rifle controller. Created by VRsenal, part of the parent company Primestone, the aptly named VR-15 looks the part of a real rifle.
I can definetly see these as greatly increasing immersion, but at the same time I don't want to have tons of props like these setting around my house. It would be like the old Rock Band days where I had guitars, a Drum, Keyboard and Mics taking up a large section of my closet.
What are your thoughts?

I can see how realism would make sense.. However there could be issues with realistic weapons. I'm sure various groups such as those against video game violence would make an issue out of it
This will definitely give fuel to those groups and I do see how it could potentially be problematic. However like all video games, you should only let your kids play games for their maturity level and ensure they know it's only a game.
