Norwegian city bans adverts featuring semi-nude models
A Norwegian city has banned adverts featuring semi-naked models in a bid to address negative body image issues, and campaigners are calling on other countries to follow suit. Advertisers will no longer be able to show images of male or female bikini and underwear models in public spaces in Trondheim, the country's third-largest city. On Tuesday council officials voted to remove all billboards and posters that could be seen to contribute to body image issues.

seems like the only solution for the issue they're looking to address, as they can't very well force businesses to use adverts with body positivity, and making a suggestion that they do might seem nice but ultimately won't result in any change.
but, at the same time, i do find that this somewhat feels like shaming a specific body type as retribution for others not being accepted.
difficult to decide.
