The fact that shes looking at the camera kinda defeats any creepshots angle of protest. =\ Sure, you can construct a narrative that makes it non-consensual but it's certainly not the main narrative or the one that comes to mind when you view the ad without really thinking about the background for it. Ads shouldn't needlessly sexualize women, but this ad isn't any worse than any of the other 9000000 ads out there just like it.
I think I have a bit of a kneejerk creeped-out-feel with CK ads as Terry Richardson did a series in the 90s that had this vibe of "teen girl being coerced to have intimate pictures taken of her in creepy uncle's basement".
I agree, she's active not passive though and I think the claims of promoting paedophilia are a bit strong.
