Need some advice?

Hey folks, here's the deal. Male 5'10" 30 years old 280 pounds about 37℅ body fat( down from 315lbs in July).

Ive been lifting weights consistently since July but am now at a point where I feel like I can't make any more strength gains without a caloric surplus and could use some advice on where to go from here. I'd love to be sub 25℅ body fat and keep gaining strength so if y'all could give me direction towards that goal that'd be rad and I'd legitimately be very grateful
