If it's made from grains, distilled to at least 80 proof and aged in contact with wood, let's have some!
My review of Knox Whiskey Works
Knox Whiskey Works is a new small batch distillery in Knoxville Tennessee. They are the first, and only, legal distillery in this part of moonshine country and they are proud if it. I went on a tour of their distillery and left impressed by this emerging distillery. Unfortunately, they are only a year old and have no aged whiskey yet. Just this Friday the released their first batch of bourbon aged in 5 gallon barrels, but I only arrived in Knoxville yesterday and they had already sold out. I did manage to try their unaged whiskey. This was my first time with unaged whiskey, but I enjoyed it. It has smooth taste that highlights the local corn it comes from. I preferred it to their gins and vodka, but my girlfriend did not. I would have preferred the aged bourbon, but I'll be sure to come back next spring when they have released more.

This is fantastic! Thank you so much for posting. I haven't tried any white whiskey. Do you know how high the alcohol content was?
All their spirits are 86.5 proof because it is the zip code of Knoxville, which spells out VOL on a telephone.
Before aging and finishing they're 86.5? I was under the impression that white dog is usually a higher proof. Interesting.
Love the numerology though. :)
As I just learned today during my tour of the distillery, all spirits are more or less pure alcohol which is then diluted to the desired proof which is how they get exact alcohol contents.
