Dedicated to the roles and general appreciation of the actor William Fichtner: Alex Mahone, Tom Underlay, and others.
Happy Birthday William Fichtner!!!

William Edward Fichtner, a proud native of Cheektowaga, New York, was born on Mitchel Air Force Base on Long Island on November 27, 1956. Showing his support for his home team, Fichtner is a proud supporter of the NFL's Buffalo Bills. Fichtner has played some pretty famous - or cult favorite - characters, such as Prison Break's Alexander Mahone, Invasion's Tom Underlay, or General Adams from the recent movie Independence Day Resurgence. On top of that, he has popped up here and there in movies and TV series alike, as well as theater plays, and has done voice acting for video games. Aside from acting, Fichtner loves racing cars and has been involved in several high profile races to raise money for children's charities. He also has a bachelor of arts in criminal justice, as well as a star on the Buffalo Niagara Film Festival "Walk of Fame".
Many sources have described Fichtner as being down-to-earth, kind, and extremely positive. He cherishes every experience as something to learn from, whether it be good or bad. So in honor of William Fichtner's special day, @AnneLiFichtnerFan and myself would like you to celebrate in Fichtner style by spreading a little positivity and cheer in your own environment. Perhaps you could do something that might put a smile on someone else's face, like Fichtner has done for so many of us with the talents that he continues to share. And while we're wishing him a happy birthday, why not re-watch (or watch for the first time) a Fichtner movie or TV series and have fun on his behalf!
Please share how you have decided to spend Fichtner's birthday with us! We'd love to hear all of your ideas and spread the love for this seriously underrated - but much loved - actor.

Happy birthday, Mr Fichtner! I hope you get something unexpected that makes you really happy!
I'll celebrate by watching Contact again. I've also bought some candy that I really like to treat myself! I have a few charities I donate to monthly and I'll make an extra donation to one of them in Fichtner's name (though that'll have to wait until tomorrow, as I can't do it from home). I'll try to be in a good and happy mood all day. Finally I will help a friend with something he really needs help with.
I hope you all have a great day!
I'll be celebrating William Fichtner's birthday by re-watching a few episodes of Invasion because Tom Underlay is my favorite Fichtner character. If I can get out tomorrow (the weather isn't so great over here), I intend to pick up a roll cake to enjoy in Fichtner's honor. I'll also make a special effort to do something extra nice for someone who could use some positive cheer.
It's so inspiring seeing how Fichtner has contributed to the world, both artistically and socially. I hope that he gets back a lot of the generous karma that he continues to give out on his special day. ^_^
